I am a recovery coach with a passion for holistic therapies. I facilitate meditation, reiki, and ear acupuncture sessions. I deeply believe that to achieve long-term positive effects, treatment should cover all aspects of our life. You must take care not only of your body, but also of your spirit.
I have a master’s degree in Pedagogy of Care and Social Rehabilitation with a postgraduate diploma in Addiction Therapy and recently qualified as a Recovery Coach. I also hold diploma in Meditation Teacher, NADA Auricular Practitioner (ear acupuncture) and Reiki level 2.
I am constantly developing and educating myself to expand the range of services offered, I develop my competences to always guarantee the best service.
